Artist's Comments

This guy is my personal muse, down on paper. He was inspired by Mana of Malice Mizer, a japanese J-Rock band. An slightly older piece, but still another favorite.
Inked in Ball Point pen, coloured with coloured mechanical lead & pencil crayon - the colours had faded when I scanned him, so they've been enhanced lightly back to their original hue on the computer. Birthday gift to my friend quini. ;P

The coloring is really awesome, especially on the hair. The detail is very nicely done. I can see how this was inspired by Mana, but it seems really unique. Great job!

Those piercings look like they hurt.

really neat piercings!!! :D the hair just looks amazing!!! the shading on it is just beautiful!!! and so is the coloring on the rest of the pic of course! :aww: so very pretty^^

Oooo....this is beautiful. I really love the different colors you used and how smoothly they blend together. (like the subtle reds in the hair) I love his eyes and the jewelry. I think he's suitable exotic for a muse. ^_^ I think I'm in love with this guy...

:blushes: Well, not CRAZY....just anally perfectionist. I have this problem obsession with pretty things... ^^; I wish I'd more coloured works to post, but alas I don't...
